Ordering custom guitar picks online allows for better accuracy and more efficient processing. Your online order will go straight to our processing department and will avoid the additional confirmation delays that may arise when orders are placed outside of our online system.
How do I re-order?
Re-ordering custom guitar picks is simple. Click Here for Re-Order Instructions.
What is your turnaround time on custom guitar picks and why?
We request 3 to 4 weeks from the date of confirming your order to ship custom guitar picks. Although many orders will ship much sooner, our process is very involved and we stay extremely busy. We take as much time as required to ensure each customer is very happy with the outcome of their custom guitar picks. Custom Guitar Pick Tin packages will require the same amount of time in smaller quantities, but may be longer for larger quantities due to the packaging aspect. If you require a particular in hands date, please inquire prior to ordering.
Do you accept Rush orders?
We do accept rush orders when our schedule allows. We ask that you contact us prior to placing your order if you require your custom guitar picks prior to our 3 to 4 week turnaround time.
Do you charge a Screen Charge?
We do not charge any screen charges or setup fees on custom guitar picks or custom guitar pick tins.
How will you ship my order?
We prefer to ship all of our orders via FedEx. We have opted to use FedEx because they are dependable and your package can be easily tracked door to door. If there are shipping problems, FedEx makes it very easy to resolve them. We do offer a 1st Class domestic shipping option for orders of 1 and 2 bags of custom guitar picks and non-custom products. This is for US customers only and is $3.50. OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: We can not quote you on duties and taxes set by your country and we are in no way responsible for the charge or payment of those duties and taxes.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards as well as PayPal. We will accept a check, however it may delay your order up to 7 days due to the time it takes to receive the check and the time it takes for it to clear.
Can I cancel my order?
Once an order is placed, it can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours, but there will be a $25 cancellation fee. *After 24 hours, your order may not be cancelled (NO EXCEPTIONS). When you place your order, the process starts immediately and processing costs are incurred. *If your order is placed on the weekend, it would have to be cancelled by end of business on Monday.
Can I get my favorite band’s logo on a guitar pick? (COPYRIGHT information)
We cannot print copyrighted artwork without permission. Any request to print copyrighted artwork will require authorization from the owner of the copyrighted material. If an order is placed containing copyrighted artwork without permission or artwork that could be considered infringing on a copyright, new artwork will be required prior to further processing. We will be happy to provide recommendations in this situation. You should contact us prior to ordering if you have concerns about your artwork. *If cancellation is requested, our above cancellation policy applies (NO EXCEPTIONS).
How do I use your templates?
To use our custom guitar pick or custom guitar pick tin templates, click the download link for the template of your choice. You will have the option to “open” or “save as”. We recommend saving it to your computer. You can then open the template in the image program of your choice. The template should not be altered in any way. When designing your template, please remember the small size of a guitar pick. This will help stop you from including very small text or large amount of text in a straight line. For example: www.Facebook.com/intunegfans would be too long to run in one line and would make your web address illegible. Your artwork CANNOT touch the black edge of the template. WE PREFER PSD OR JPEG FILES, but will accept tiff files as well. Word documents will not be accepted. Please be sure to select the correct guitar pick shape template and process (ie. Single Color/Full Color). Templates can be found on the Artwork Specs/Template page of this site.
What Single Color ink colors do you offer on guitar picks?
In our single color process we offer black, white, red, blue, gold and silver inks. Our Gold and Silver do contain a metallic flake, but are not foil. Some inks are more visible than others on different colored guitar picks. Please see our Ink Color Recommendations list for our color combination recommendations. If you are interested in an ink color we do not offer in our single color process, you may opt for our full color process and upload and image in the ink color of your choice. See our Full Artwork and Templates page for details. If you have concerns, just contact us for recommendations.
Does your ink wear off?
Our single and full color printing processes are both extremely durable and in most cases, the ink will outlast the pick. As with all inks and plastics, they will begin to wear at the point the guitar pick makes contact with metal strings and this may be slightly more noticeable with full color printing due to the amount of ink used. You will find that in most cases, general contact with you fingers will not wear the ink prior to the guitar pick being worn out.
What other options do you offer on your picks?
We offer hole drilling in 4 different sizes: 1/32″, 3/32″, 1/16″ and 1/8″ and the cost is $5.00 per bag. This service is provided on every guitar pick we offer. You can select this option during the checkout process.
Do you offer clipart?
We do have a small amount of clipart available. We encourage completely custom designs to get the most out of your custom order.
Do you sell blank guitar picks?
We do not sell any of our guitar picks blank. We do offer 12 packs with our logo printed on them.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order is one bag of 100 guitar picks. They must all be the same guitar pick shape, artwork and ink color per bag.
Can I mix colors and guitar pick gauges in a bag?
No. Due to our production process, you may only make changes by the bag. If you order 2 bags with the same art and ink color, you may change the guitar pick gauge and or color and you will receive a multi-bag discount.
Where do you get your guitar picks from?
We manufacture our InTune® brand of guitar picks and do all of the custom printing in house. This is something you should always ask when searching for custom guitar picks.
What are your guitar picks made of?
The two primary materials that we use for our guitar picks are Delrin®(a trademark of Dupont) for our InTuneGP GrippX® line of guitar picks and Celluloid. Our InTuneGP GrippX is matte finished, extremely durable and is available in 4 shapes and 8 gauges. Celluloid is a softer material with a glossy surface and is available in 2 shapes and 4 gauges.
