How do I re-order?
Re-ordering custom guitar picks is simple. Select your product, reference previous artwork or order number and add to basket. Click Here for complete Re-Order Instructions.
What is your turnaround time on custom guitar picks and why?
We ask that you allow 3 to 4 weeks for your order to ship after artwork approval. With that said, it’s our goal to get each order out quickly and in most cases, we do. We know it’s exciting to have new custom guitar picks on the way, however our complete process does take time and we like to ensure all the details are spot on. It’s important to us that you are blown away by your new picks.
Do you accept Rush orders?
We do accept rush orders when possible. We ask that you contact us prior to placing your order. If we can make it happen, we will at no additional charge.
Do you charge a Screen Charge?
We do not charge any screen charges or setup fees on custom guitar picks or custom guitar pick tins.
How will you ship my order?
You will have several options upon checkout via both USPS and FedEx. Make sure to consider our special FedEx 2nd Day shipping rate of $7 for up to 9 bags.
OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS: We can not quote you on duties and taxes set by your country and we are in no way responsible for the charge or payment of those duties and taxes.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Secure payments can be made via our website.
Can I cancel my order?
Once you have placed your order, it can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours. Because the processing of your order starts almost immediately, there will be a $25 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs. *After 24 hours, your order may not be cancelled and unfortunately there are no exceptions. *If your order is placed on the weekend, it would have to be cancelled by end of business on Monday.
Can I get my favorite band’s logo on a guitar pick?
The short answer is NO. If you are not legally associated with the band, you cannot have their logo printed. We are very cautious of artwork and logos that are under copyright protection. If you do not have permission to use an image that is protected, we will be forced to reject it or offer you other options. *Our cancellation policy will apply to any cancellation request due to copyright concerns.
What artwork do I need to supply?
We prefer that you use our available templates to create your artwork. They can be found here on our artwork specs/template page. Not everyone is savvy in Photoshop, so if you simply upload a high res image with your order, we’ll make it work. You will always get a proof of your artwork prior to sending your order to scheduling.
If no template is used, your images should match the following specs. Single Color images should be solid black and white, 3 to 4 inches in size. Full Color images should be CMYK and 3 to 4 inches in size.
*If requesting a “Full Bleed” image, there will be a gap around the edge of the pick that is approximately 1/16″ +/- . The Tri-Tip Templates will dictate the print area for that shape. Proofs will be supplied.
Is your print durable?
Yes, our printing processes are durable. In most cases, when you are done with the pick, the print will still be in great shape. You should always take into consideration that normal contact with the strings will not only wear the plastic, but also the print.
What printing processes do you offer?
We offer two options for printing. Single Color and Full Color.
Our single color process is a thin layer of ink that is extremely detailed and durable. It becomes one with the pick and cannot be felt when handled. It is a process highly sought after for printing small, detailed images. We offer single color printing in black, white, red, blue, gold and silver. Single color printing is available on every pick we offer.
Our full color process is also very detailed and durable, but is different than our single color process. It uses multiple colors to create your full color image. Our full color print can be felt on the pick when handled. It is done using advanced printing technology. Full color printing is available on every pick we offer regardless of pick color. If there is a single color print you require that is not available via our single color process, we can do it via our full color process as well.
What other options do you offer on your picks?
We offer hole drilling in 4 different sizes: 1/32″, 3/32″, 1/16″ and 1/8″ and the cost is $5.00 per bag. This service is provided on every guitar pick we offer. You can select this option during the checkout process.
Do you offer clipart?
We do have a small amount of clipart available. We encourage completely custom designs to get the most out of your custom order. Available clipart can be found here.
Do you sell blank guitar picks?
We do not sell any of our guitar picks blank. We do offer 12 packs with our logo printed on them.
What is your minimum order?
Our minimum order on guitar picks is 1 bag of 100 picks. Our custom guitar pick tins are available empty by the case, each case containing 50 tins. Our custom guitar pick tins packages are available by the case, each case containing 100 packaged tins.
Can I mix colors and guitar pick gauges in a bag?
No. Due to our production process, you may only make changes by the bag. If you order 2 bags with the same art and ink color, you may change the guitar pick gauge and or color and you will receive a multi-bag discount.
